With over 17 years of experience in the industry, including 12 years as VP of Construction for Fox Restaurant Concepts, Dwayne brings a profound understanding of the industry from an owner’s perspective.

Before transitioning into the development side of the industry, Dwayne worked in all aspects of the restaurant business, from Back of House (BOH) roles to Regional Manager positions. This comprehensive experience gives him deep insight into the operational needs of restaurant owners and operators.
